Post Android 15 I am unable to view my android tablet through teamviewer support. It shows Initializing display parameters and displays a blue screen and does not show me the tablet. Please give us a solution.

Unfortunately, the only solution in this case is the Universal add-on.
There's currently no alternative solution we can offer.

Hi We manage our Samsung devices via Intune but we don't use Knox. How can we solve this issue in our organisation? After Android 15 update we can not have remote inpute via TeamViewer. Only screen sharing is possible. Installing TeamViewer Universal Add-On helped with the issue on our shared Samsung phones but the issue remains on our personal Samsung phones. Could you please help? If your tablet is from Samsung, I might know the reason. 🙂
There has been changes on their side and for devices running Android 15 (and going forward), an extra setup is required to be able to connect to the tablet.
