Dear TeamViewer Support,
About a year ago, I was able to access all my devices via the TeamViewer web interface — including my PC located in Spain.
Recently, I’ve found that I can no longer connect to that PC, even though I haven’t changed any configuration settings.
The computer is powered on and connected to the internet, but unfortunately, there is currently no one on-site who can provide me with the current session password.
The PC was linked to my TeamViewer account, and I previously had full access via the web portal without needing a password.
Could you please check whether any changes have been made on TeamViewer’s side that might affect connectivity? Is there any way to re-establish remote access?
