My client is under "my managed devices" and since today is showing as "offline" , meaning I'm not able to remote connect anymore.
I can remote in to it using the remote control ID and password, so it's not a network issue. Both devices are on the same LAN, but it was working inside and outside the network and also through outside vpn. I haven't changed any settings and double checked settings on both sides. (I hope I missed something and this is an easy fix)
Rebooting both client and viewer side doesn't help.
Client shows as "sleeping" in teamviewer but it's on and logged in, teamviewer running and showing "ready to connect"
Client is windows 11 pro, Teamviewer 15.68.5
Viewer is mac OS sequoia 15.5 apple silicon, Teamviewer 15.68.5
Same results when viewing from Iphone.
