I'm trying to connect from a Windows 11 PC running TeamViewer to an Android device which is running QuickSupport. When I enter the session code, I get the result "Session Code Expired". This previously used to work, as recently as a few weeks ago.
The only change is that the PC was recently upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11 (clean installation). I don't see why that should cause the problem.
We tried clearing the app data on the phone and even reinstalling the app, but the session ID is always the same and the result is always the same, "Session Code Expired".
The phone belongs to my mother who is a senior. I periodically use TeamViewer to help her when she is having trouble. She lives in a distant city, so there is no other way for me to help her.
This is the only use I have for TeamViewer. There should not be any reason why TeamViewer should consider this to not be a free use of the software.
Is there any way to get past this problem?
