We just recently switched to Teamviewer Tensor from **Third Party Product**. With **Third Party Product** we could search for the currently logged in user by username and connect to their machine. We haven't been able to find a way to do this with Teamviewer, forcing our helpdesk staff to search another platform for the workstation a user is currently logged in to, then take that host name and connect to it in Teamviewer. This has had a huge impact on the efficiency of our remote support operations. Please provide a solution for this.
