Background: I am new to the company that I am managing and our management is conducting general audit on all softwares and hardwares of our company. So eventually, our subscription lapsed and we did not yet renewed. Michelle [removed per CommunityGuidelines] and Yumeka [removed per CommunityGuidelines] suddenly emailed us for a legal threat because we are not paying the subscription when it is our choice to renew it or not. The previous subscription were paid and we do not have any unpaid subscription with them. Why are they threating such unnecessary actions? They force us to pay even though we do not have any unpaid subscription. They already cut our license so what else do they want? Such mafia-like actions treating your customers to this. How will your customers go back to you? This is the first company that is doing this pathetic actions towards their long time customers. Bad business practice!
