About a month ago I paid [removed per Community Guidelines] for the ability to view what my customer is doing on their Android or iphone so as to guide them verbally what to do. Note I have a commercial license for Teamviewer. That's all i need and want. Unfortunately, I can't find the help pages my sales support person sent me and support is closed till Monday.
I believe I must
[1] do this from my mobile phone a Samsung A16 5G. I need to install some app from the Play Store and perhaps sign in and authenticate with my commercial license.

[2] the customer must then go to their Play Store or Apple Store and install something - no idea what that is
[3] while speaking with the customer we go through a workflow and I can suddenly see their screen and what they are doing and guide them appropriately.
Where is this all documented?
