Control problem Hello, how are you community?

ANDI'm having problems or I don't know how to use it correctly, I can't access the keyboard when connecting my cell phone to the PC.

ANDAnd I really need access from my phone to my PC, especially the keyboard to execute commands, can anyone help me? How do I enable the keyboard or something like that?

THEHello, how are you? So, I can't open TeamViewer in the application itself, I log in and it sends me straight to the web page

ANDI really think that this is what is causing the problem and the keyboard is not appearing, I have assigned all possible permissions, but it still does not appear, it must be because it is opening the web.

WCheck out the image, after I log in, it goes straight to that part.

Thank you for your question about keyboard access.

To begin with, are you using the TeamViewer Remote Control app on your mobile device? If not, please initiate the session via the app rather than the web version.

Also, please note that several factors can affect available functionality—including keyboard input—on remote devices. To ensure optimal performance, please check the following:

Make sure the operating systems on both devices are supported by TeamViewer: Supported operating systems for TeamViewer
If your mobile device is Android, confirm that the manufacturer is supported: Supported manufacturers for remotely controlling Android devices
Ensure that the TeamViewer version on both ends is up to date
Restart the TeamViewer modules on both ends.

On the TeamViewer module of your remote device (your PC), please go to Settings, and ensure that Access Control is set to Full Access. Don’t forget to save the changes by clicking OK.

Then, please start a remote session.
Do you see the keyboard icon as shown below?
Please click it and try entering text to check if input is working correctly.
