Hi, We recently opted for the Teamviewer tensor platform and I am the Administrator. I uninstalled our old Teamviewer corporate and loaded the new tensor platform… If I close the application, then all the DEX and associated features that I should have disappear and I then have a Grey (From Blue) dashboard and all the new features missing…
This is the second time we have uninstalled and re-installed, and it is not isolated to my machine… My technicians have the same issue.
