Hi,
I've recently found that although I have team viewer set to open on Windows (10) startup (have just reset to open on delayed startup as altenative but still Offline) & it's visible on the task bar, it appears as offline on remote access from mobile. It's only online when I physically open it on desktop which defeats the point of having remote access.
I've never had this issue before can anyone help please?
