Different Versions - macOS and Windows 11

I have an older macOS MacBook Air (High Sierra 10.13.6) and a Dell Windows 11. The MacBook Air is on TeamViewer 115.2.2756 (this was just downloaded from the TeamViewer WEB site) and the Dell is on TeamViewer 15.65.9.

So how can I get the Mac to the same version or to get the Dell version to connect anyway?

It's possible to connect from a newer version of TeamViewer to an older one; however, the reverse is not supported.
In your case, this means you may be able to connect from your Windows 11 PC to your MacBook Air.

That said, please note that macOS High Sierra (10.13) is no longer officially supported by TeamViewer and is categorized as a "legacy version." As such, we cannot guarantee that connections to this device will work reliably.

Having said that you can try the following :

Please install TeamViewer 15.2 version on your MacBook Air as this version is the latest compatible one for High Sierra. You can find the download links in the following post:

💡You mentioned that TeamViewer version 15.2 is already installed on your MacBook Air, so it might be fine as it is.

On your Windows 11 PC, ensure that the latest version of TeamViewer is installed. As of September 22, 2025, the latest version is 15.695. Please update your TeamViewer to ensure compatibility: Update TeamViewer

Please try connecting from your Dell to your MacBook. If you encounter any issues, kindly share a screenshot of the error message that appears.
