For the last couple of years, I have been using the free version of TeamViewer to manage two remote computers. Most of the interactions are for user education (show and tell) and helping with software maintenance. My usage has been somewhat infrequent. On Sept. 21 (yesterday), I encountered version conflicts and found that the version on my local PC differed from my remote PCs. After some reading, I learned of a recent TeamViewer change and attempted to update versions accordingly. I was able to update versions on my local PC and one of the remote PCs. After that update, I experienced no problems between the two. However, after several hours of coaxing, the second remote remained offline. Subsequently, I guided the remote user through a software update on the second remote. We confirmed that all three computers now have the same version. However, the second remote still remains offline. How can I nudge it to online status as this seems to be required for the final migration step? Please advise.
