Hi @vitorespindola,
Welcome to the TeamViewer Community😊
Currently, we recommend activating your license on a TeamViewer account created using an email address, rather than through third-party authentication. This issue may be related to compatibility with third-party login methods.
For reference, please see this article: https://www.teamviewer.com/en/global/support/knowledge-base/teamviewer-remote/account/create-your-account/#:~:text=Currently%2C%C2%A0Google%20and%20Microsoft%20accounts%C2%A0are%20only%20compatible%20for%C2%A0personal%20use.%20If%20you%C2%A0purchased%20a%20license%2C%20please%20activate%20it%20on%20a%20standard%20TeamViewer%20account%2C%20which%20is%C2%A0linked%20to%20an%20e%2Dmail%20address.
We suggest separating your license from the current account that uses third-party authentication and reactivating it on a new TeamViewer account created with an email.
To avoid any confusion, we recommend contacting our support team via live chat for assistance with this process: Customer support | TeamViewer
Hope this helps!😀
Best,
Chisa
Don't get why they merged my message here to a unrelated thread. I paid for the solution and can't get help from anyone. Cannot login and there is no way to fix it.
Hi! I've created a second account, beacuse there is no way to send a question or getting help for my (licensed)account since I can't login into It.
Something is very wrong with the login process when the user is connected to a third party site like google. I simply cannot login to my account. I keep geeting Something went wrong error message when I fill my username and try to go to next step. If I try to use the google login button, another error is presented.
The log file downloaded contains the following messages: 2025-10-15 11:07:01.124 src/modules/Logging/logging.ts:43 - [100]: Logging subsystem initialized 2025-10-15 11:07:01.347 src/App.tsx:42 - [100]: isNativeClient: false 2025-10-15 11:07:01.347 src/App.tsx:43 - [100]: clientOS: Unknown I've tried in different computers and browsers. Same error. IMPORTANT: I created this message using a second account, since there was no way to connected to my licensed account.
