The 2-step verification code for my existing account was deleted, so I used it as a recovery code, but it keeps saying it's invalid. 
I also want to delete my existing account. Is there a way to do this?
Or, I would like to upgrade to Premium after finding the 2-step recovery number for my existing account. Please help.

If your 2-step verification recovery code isn’t working, you’ll need to contact the platform’s official support team directly — recovery codes can’t be reset manually for security reasons. Explain that you’ve lost access to your authentication app and recovery code.

They’ll verify your identity and can either help you recover your existing account or delete it upon request.

Once your account is restored or deleted, you can safely upgrade to Premium using a new verified login.
