Till some days ago I could find my managed devices whenever I was using teamviewer (loged in with my account obviously) And all of a sudden, today the managed devices list just vanished, it's totally empty.

I'm sorry you are experiencing issues with your devices.
I asked our teams and I can confirm that we haven't deleted anything on our end.
However, I could think of one possible scenario.
Inactive accounts that haven't been used for two years get automatically deleted, as mentioned in our Knowledge Base article here.
If such an account has shared devices or device groups with you, you will lose access to those devices.
Would this scenario potentially apply for you? Were these devices shared devices?
