Good evening, I've been having two problems when I connect from two devices. My home PC has a black screen, where I can only see the mouse. Before, I'd get the "virtual screen" warning and could see everything, but now I can't.
Furthermore, every time I try to connect, it asks me to authorize access from my home PC as if it were a user control, even though I have both IDs registered to my account.
