Good morning everyone. I need some help because I'm going crazy. A while ago I installed Teamviewer with the free license to help my 86-year-old mother manage her tablet and smartphone. I needed to remotely control a device without requiring the remote device to be attended. I installed Remote Device Host and everything worked fine for a while. I could connect from my Windows PC or smartphone without any problems. Now I can't do it anymore. Often the connection is refused, with an authentication error. Other times it connects, but requires remote confirmation, which I don't want. Lately, even though it connects after confirmation, it lets me see the video but won't let me control the remote device with the mouse or the smartphone's touch screen. Has something changed? Why can't I connect with unattended access anymore? Why can't I control the remote screen anymore? I'd appreciate any suggestions. Best regards
