Why does our Community have badges?
To make your journey through the Community ranks even more astonishing, we have created a comprehensive gamification system that incorporates badges. Our badge system will support your journey through the ranks, rewarding your accomplishments for each new milestone of progress you make.
Thanks to your feedback, we were able to create a simplified, pleasant, and meaningful gameplay within our Support Forum. We made sure to develop a badge system that can efficiently support our Community ranks with a fair allocation of points and guarantee the appreciation, visibility, and recognition you deserve.
Our badges allow you to rank up faster to become one of our most valuable members!
How does the badge system work?
Our badges will be given as a reward for your actions, interactions, reactions, and time spent in the Support Forum. With each badge, you will receive a certain number of points. The number of points will vary from badge to badge in a progressive way through the badges' different tiers.
💡Hint: Posting, commenting, and providing the answer to another user will give you the most rewarding badges!

Every time you post in a discussion or reply to a question, it will count for the comment badge. Do not hesitate to share your thoughts and help others with your valuable input!

The best answer
The overjoyed moment when you find the answer you've been looking for! To our users who share their expertise and help others by providing the best answer, we prepared special badges just for you!
- Once a user marks your answers as the best answer, you will be one step further to getting the first badge of this set: Helping hand
- Users with the Helping Hand badge are known for their kindness and enthusiasm. As they continue to help others, they will progress to our next best answer badge: Insightful
- With expertise and curiosity, our Insightful users are brilliant minds that generously share their learnings with others. They know that the best way to learn is by sharing with others, which leads them to our third badge: Troubleshooter
- The more knowledge you have, the easier it gets to help others with your expertise. Our troubleshooters are known for the effort and dedication they put into helping others in the Community. They come up with so many solutions that we had to create a fourth badge: Wizard
- If you ever felt lost with a problem, wishing for a magic, our Wizard users may show up with the information needed to make it happen! They helped many and have a lot of knowledge and experience to share. They are on their way to be rewarded with our fifth badge: Mastermind
- Not everyone manages to go above and beyond, but Mastermind users exist. They are out there in our Forum building up their outstanding reputation towards our last badge: Community legend

Side quest badges!
Badges like anniversary, likes, photogenic, and others are side quest badges. Even though they don't directly support our Community ranks, we encourage our users to get them by exploring the Community features and showing support to other users as we grow together in this Community!
