Since the new version of the user interface has been forcefully deployed without giving any choice to paying users, with the latest interface and groups notion together are not letting us efficiently work on a daily basis.
For example both Client Computer and Remote Operator the latest version of the program simply does not allow to connect on a double mouse click . Worse, even if the machine had been granted unattended connection right, since the new version of the TeamViewer software has been forcefully deployed it became impossible to connect to such unattended computer on which we could previously connect without any issue !!!
Same issue trying to beam in from an Android tablet which use to work fine, following the latest update we simply cannot connect to a machine had been granted unattended connection right :-(
Moreover, like last year same period, we keep losing connection track records… while paying for the option with the premium license !!!
Over the last few years the price of TeamViewer has been increasing but as problems are building up while no concrete improvements have been provided in return of theses prices increases.
We are losing the TeamViewer advantage we had while dealing with our Clients, either TeamViewer reverts to a functional, efficient, and simple enough to use piece of software or we will have to move to other products…
