in app marketing (spam) for paid customers

I have been getting a pop up overlay regarding a 30% discout black friday sale that is annoying and invasive. I pay for the full version of the software to avoid invasive, disruptive pop up marketing. I have the setting disabled to allow in-app marketing messages, but is still comes up.

Anyone else have a solution to fix this?

Teamviewer: Make it go away and leave these adds to the freemium customers, not us paying customers please.

Hi, I use Teamviewer to provide tech support to my aging parent that has compromised vision.

Today, we were unable to connect with Teamviewer as a large black dog advertisement appeared on the screen in front of the product, and had no readily dismissable button or CTA. The large ad was also partially off the bottom of the screen.

So instead of an easy use of Teamviewer, we used a video call and phones.

Please consider making this much less intrusive. My parent has low technical skills, and we were unable to depend on your product today.

Does it not bother anyone else that you constantly have to close a window promoting discounted purchases when using a service you've already paid for? I'm sick of it; the TW marketing team can **bleep**!

same here, still popping up, considering a different product now, this isn't the first time marketing messages get in the way or cause issues!

Same here. Very annoying

+1 here. constantly popping up after dismissing it. All marketing preferce options disabled (under customization and under advanced). Still keeps re-appearing. You can run a time off it. Keeps reappearing every 5 minutes.
