I'm trying to do cleanup on our device list but am frustrated by various inconsistencies. In the web console/ Company Admin/Managed Devices it shows we are using 479 out of 500. If I go into the windows app/Admin Settings/Company Devices and export the list to CSV, it only lists 234 devices. To add to the fun, this list includes devices that aren't listed in the web console.
I am a Company Admin on our Teamviewer account so I should be able to see everything. How do I sort this out?
