I'm trying to do cleanup on our device list but am frustrated by various inconsistencies.:
In the web console/ Company Admin/Managed Devices it shows we are using 479 out of 500. If I toggle the "company managed" to ON then the list (CSV download) drops to 210 . The CSV only lists ID, it would be most helpful to list Alias and Group. Also, the "last active" is blank for all.
If I go into the windows app/Admin Settings/Company Devices and export the list to CSV, it lists 234 devices. At least this list shows alias and last online. To add to the fun, this list includes devices that aren't listed in the web console even by ID.
I am a Company Admin on our Teamviewer account so I should be able to see everything. How do I sort this out?
