Dear TeamViewer team, A month ago, I corresponded with you about your rejection of our annual subscription, which we purchased through Techsoup. All that support could do was send us back to Techsoup. Techsoup, in turn, replied that there was nothing they could do, that they only verify ys and give the opportunity to use the voucher. And they sent us back to you. It's a vicious circle. We perceive this as a careless and disrespectful attitude towards customers like us. Our organisation needs to resolve this issue. We have officially purchased the voucher and want to use the service provided to us as a non-profit organisation. Please be kind to respond to my request and involve management in resolving the issue. We, in turn, will involve our director, who initiated correspondence with Techsoup, in to the communication.
