I am trying to launch a training that i need to allow the admin to access my computer via Team Viewer but when i open the app i get my ID but no One Time Password
I have logged in but i do not see an option to get a one time password

There are several ways to start a remote access session. One option is to use your TeamViewer ID together with a randomized password. You can find more details in this article.
If the randomized password is not displayed in the Password section, please go to the setting icon> Advanced Settings > Security, select a password length of 6, 8, or 10 characters, and then click OK to close the settings menu.
