Hello, could you please finish implementing the display of the message that the user includes in the support request so that it is shown in the console as it was in the old version? This is one of the quite essential features.
Additionally, please add the option to start a CHAT without having to immediately connect to the participant’s screen, and without requiring their consent (when the support request is initiated by the user).
