Hello TeamViewer Community,
I am currently facing an urgent issue with my TeamViewer account.
After several failed login attempts, my account is now blocked with the message:
“Login denied because there were too many failed login attempts. Please try again later.”
The problem is that I urgently need access to a specific remote PC, and unfortunately this computer was mainly accessed through my TeamViewer account (easy access / assigned device). At the moment, I am unable to log in from either the desktop app or the web interface.
Important details:
- This is not an intentional misuse, just repeated failed attempts while troubleshooting credentials.
- I understand this is a security measure, but I currently cannot afford to wait several hours without access.
- I am looking for any official way to regain access, temporarily unlock the account, or use an alternative secure method to connect to the assigned device.
My questions:
- Is there any way to manually unlock or speed up the unblock process?
- Is there an official workaround to access an assigned device while the account login is temporarily blocked?
- Can TeamViewer support force-log out or revoke sessions so I can regain access safely?
Any guidance from TeamViewer staff or experienced users would be greatly appreciated, as this situation is time-critical.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards,
