Can't use "Easy access" function?

I use TeamViewer (very rarely) to access my computers at home and at work, both from each of them and from my smartphone, but I can't tick the box " easy access to this device" on one of them, even tho I think I have admin access on both windows and on the app. It works fine on my laptop and desktop at home.

Thanks for your first post in our Community!

The free version can only be used in private environments, allowing up to 3 devices to have Easy Access. TeamViewer doesn't support personal and commercial use on the same device - that use case requires a license.
