Termination Reason: Namespace CODESIGNING, Code 2 Invalid Page
Can't connect to any - app quits
Solved! Did the same app delete process as last time, but made sure to turn off everything in System Settings related to Teamviewer.
Reinstalled and now Teamviewer is up and running.
Thanks for the help! Much appreciated!

Hello @mspacer,
Welcome to TeamViewer Community!
As you mentioned the MBP 2019, we assume your operating system is macOS.
Reinstallation might be helpful; however, a full clean-up is needed in this case.
Full clean-up includes the removal of preference files, sign in items, system extensions, and all macOS permissions for TeamViewer. Please reinstall TeamViewer after these actions via here:
Download and install TeamViewer
This is worth trying, as the supported versions for all operating systems change over time, and the latest version might no longer be compatible. Here is our page with all the end-of-support dates for all operating systems:

Please let us know if you need further assistance or if the issue persists. We will be happy to assist you.
Wishing you a great day!

Thanks for your response. This is an issue with Teamviewer remote. We had already deleted all files from the previous Teamviewer app before installing the current version. We can try again and see what happens.
Will report back.
Hello!
I am having a big issue with this same problem. On my MBP M4, running Tahoe, the current version works fine.
On my partner's 2019 MBP, version 15.62.6 had been running fine, but started constantly crashing on launch and creating a loop.
We completely deleted Teamviewer and installed the latest version.
Still crashing on launch with same error in report.
Any ideas or recommendations?
Thanks!
