It looks like i can't connect to the older Teamviewer remote machines (version 11). But how can i update them remotely to a new version if it does not allow connection ?

That's where the problem continues. I can't open a support case because it says that my license is no longer valid.

I've contacted the sales team multiple times and got no response. Also i've seen the announcement. But the question was how can i update my remote computers when i can not reach them anymore ? We received no email or popup in the application about the switch off. We can't travel around the world to get to all this machines just for an update. It would be very easy for Teamviewer to turn the service back on for a couple of days until all machines ar updated.
