Infinite recaptcha loop when logging in to TeamViewer

As shown in the screenshot above, I'm trying to log in to TeamViewer within my company using reCaptcha, but I keep getting a "verification failed" error message and can't authenticate.

Even after adding exceptions to the company firewall and proxy, the same issue persists.

The error code is mWQsuEJ2FZW-2-A5-5D-Aai.

We checked things on our side, and reCAPTCHA is currently running as expected. You may see reCAPTCHA appear multiple times during your attempts. This is expected behavior, as a new verification is triggered each time validation restarts.

To help narrow this down, could you please try the following?

1. Use a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Edge, Firefox).
2. Try logging in using an incognito or private browsing window.
