We're still using bookmarks and whenever I try to move bookmarks to a different group then I get hit with the error "You cannot move [bookmark] from the group [group] because you have insufficient permissions".
I asked the IT dept and they are equally stumped but they don't use Teamviewer themselves, just restrict our access and they have got bigger fires to extinguish.
I need to have the information so I can relay it to them so they can fix it.
