We're sorry to hear that you'd like to cancel your TeamViewer subscription.
As our subscriptions are billed annually, early cancellation during the current subscription period is not possible. However, you can cancel the auto‑renewal, so the license does not renew for another year.
How cancellation works

Cancellations must be submitted at least 28 days before the end of the renewal term. This notice period ensures your cancellation is processed in time and prevents unintended renewal charges.
