tried logging into team viewer host on phone yet it gives the this account uses third party auth

how am i suppose to switch it

same on pc

If you created your account using one of the options highlighted in the sign‑in screen, then that provider is now your only valid sign‑in method for this account:

In that case, you cannot sign in by entering your email address and password. You must always sign in using the same third‑party provider you selected during account creation.

To sign in, please try the following:

* Open TeamViewer on your mobile device or on your PC. 
* On the sign-in screen, click Continue with Google / Microsoft / Apple (the one you originally used). 
* Complete the authentication with that provider.

Once authenticated, you should be signed in on both PC and mobile without issues.
