Why do I have attached picture on the remote screen? I can not remove it.
Hi @Kai_Frostholm1,
Thanks for your first post here in the TeamViewer Community! We're happy to clarify this for you.
The notice you're seeing on the remote screen is the screen sharing indicator. This indicator appears when a screen is being shared via TeamViewer and serves as a security and transparency feature, informing anyone near the remote device that a remote session is active.
Whether you can disable the indicator depends on the license type you're using:
For users with a Business, Premium, or Corporate license, the screen sharing indicator can be disabled as described here:
Enable/Disable the screen sharing indicator for your remote sessions
If you're using the free version of TeamViewer Remote, the indicator is always enabled and cannot be turned off.
Note:
● The screen sharing indicator is only visible during attended remote support sessions.
● In unattended remote support sessions, the indicator is not displayed.
Let us know if this helps clarify your question. If you have any follow‑up questions, feel free to reach out. We're here to help!
Best regards, Sophia
