What is the IP of the server?

I work in a telecommunications operator, and my clients are not able to connect in TEAM VIEWER 12, I need the IP of the server to initiate a troubleshooting, please help me.

Sorry Vinicius but your question is a bit too vague to be able to attract many helpful answers.  When you say your clients are unable to connect to the server, which server are you talking about ?  Do you mean the TeamViewer servers ?  Or do you mean a server in a corporate environment that you are attempting to connect to via TeamViewer ?
