Login team viewer application on my Android phone

I have installed the team viewer application on my Android phone. Every time I close the application and reopen it I have to log in, re-entering the credentials again. I tried uninstalling the application and reinstalling it, preventing the application from hanging, but it doesn't work. There is a way to solve this problem because it is very annoying to have to enter the credentials every time. I use a free license to control a home PC. Thank you

Could you please let us know whether you are using a TeamViewer license and if Single Sign-On (SSO) is enabled for your account. If SSO is active, the “Keep me signed in” option will not appear and this is expected behavior.

If this does not apply to your situation:
Some Samsung devices may close apps running in the background due to battery optimization. When this happens, the TeamViewer Remote Control app may not stay signed in and the “Keep me signed in” option may not show. So, please check your Samsung settings to ensure TeamViewer is allowed to run in the background, and that battery optimization is disabled for the app.

Hi Chisa,

Yes, I had activated "keep signed in" the first time from the PC. Then I tried to put the Team Viewer application never to sleep in the battery settings of the phone, but it doesn't work. I also tried turning off the phone's power saving mode, but that doesn't work either. When I exit the application and then return, I have to log in again.

Hi Chisa,

thanks for the reply . I updated the application to the latest version. Reading the mentioned post, when I log in, the "keep me signed in" message is not present, when I have to enter email and then password.
I use TeamViewer Remote Control on Samsung S22, TeamViewer application version 15.77.131

In the post below, we mentioned that as long as the “Keep me signed in” option is enabled, the iOS app will remember your credentials. We also tested this on Android devices and confirmed that it works there as well.

Could you please check that your TeamViewer application is updated to the latest version?
Additionally, when opening the app, it may take a moment for all information to load, so please allow a little time for the app to fully initialize.

Which version of the application is installed?
Which app are you using? is it the TeamViewer Remote Control app?
