teamviewer on old version Redhat4

I have a computer that controls a magnetic system. Therefore, we are stuck with the old redhat4. Is there any version of teamviewer that we could install for remote access? By this way, Bruker actually login and diagnose some of the arising problems.

Thank you for contacting TeamViewer.

Unfortunately, TeamViewer for Linux starts on version 7 and it's supported on Red Hat 5 and up.

Is it possible to upgrade the OS?
