Subscription ending...

Is there an option to remove the constant annoying message about the subscription ending in ‘certain days’ at the top of the screen? As a technician, it’s extremely annoying as this is obviously outside of our control..

Also, is there a way to remove the recent connections list?

Regarding the subscription ending message, you can try disabling in‑product marketing messages. For that, please follow the instructions below:

Click on the gear icon on the top right to open the Settings.
Navigate to Customization.
Disable the toggle button for In-product marketing messages.

Please note that some notifications (such as subscription‑related notifications and EULA updates) may still appear.

Regarding your second question: The Recent Connections list itself can't be fully removed, as it reflects your latest sessions and is part of the TeamViewer Remote interface.

What you can do is to collapse the list and choose between the basic and advanced view to better fit your workflow:

Find the best view to display your devices and device groups | TeamViewer

Thanks for the follow‑up @Luke B, we're glad to hear it’s already better!

At the moment, there's no option to completely remove the “Recent connections” section, as it’s part of the standard layout.

If this is something that would significantly improve your workflow, I’d recommend taking a look at our product ideas:

There, you can upvote existing ideas or submit a new suggestion around customizing or disabling the device view. This allows our product teams to check whether and how this feature can be implemented.

Thanks for that. It looks a bit better, but it would be great to be able to disable Recent connections entirely as it still shows up top.
