Dear TeamViewer Support,
I created a TeamViewer account while working for DG Agro and paid for the subscription using my personal PayPal account.
I have since left the company, the company ownership has changed, and I no longer have access to the company email associated with the TeamViewer account.
I recently became aware that the subscription may still be set for automatic renewal through my personal PayPal account. Since I no longer own or control the account, I kindly request cancellation of the subscription and removal of any payment authorization connected to my PayPal account.
I also I DEMAND a full refund for previous payment, which took place automatically through Paypal in September 2025 as different incidents were created at the time with no response from your side.
I want to file a legal claim regarding this incident ASAP!
