Unable activate license TeamViewer Remote Access_Purchase Order: [removed per Community Guidelines]

Hi All,

i'm reseller in Viet Nam,

I have a customer who purchased a TeamViewer Remote Access license but is unable to activate it. They're seeing the error shown in the image, I tried creating another account but still got the same error. Please check and fix this issue for me.

I tried contacting the support team through the link you provided; however, I was unable to proceed because my current account does not have an active license.
