@leonel Barboza A Probably the best thing you can do is to go to the pages for whatever Team Viewer product(s) you are using, and start reading. It's a great way to learn a lot of things that aren't necessarily in the manuals. The next best thing you can do is post a question ("discussion") if you have a problem that you can't find anything on in the Community pages. Finally, if you are experienced in a particular aspect of a particular product, search for open questions on that aspect and try answering them. Does that help?
