Can't connect to the remote user

On the remote phone installed Teamviewer Host.Now, almost a day can't connect,although the phone is 100% network

You are right,there is a server application for managing phone...

Hello albina,

Are you trying to connect from a computer to a phone? If so, that is not possible because teamviewer only supports the remote control use of teamviewer from a phone/tablet to a computer not the other way.
