ios 11 Screen Share Goes to File Transfer and Not Screen Sharing

I tested this and it worked great but now when I use it, the remote computer goes to "File Transfer" mode and not screen sharing. I made sure I started the Broadcasting using the control center button before I opened the QuickSupport App. NOTE: I am a free user since I am using this to help my elderly mother so if this is not available on the free version, then that would be the issue. NOTE 2: I wish you guys had a version which was for personal use but not free.
