login credentials username and password

I'm trying to update to the new version (13.XX) of Teamviewer, but its asking for the username and password for I think my computer, but it's not recognizing these credentials. WHY????

You need to put in the login of you're teamviewer account and not you're computer login! (the same login that you used to login to here).
