can't login to email or other site on remote machine

Even if I disable "lock screen on sign out" it still lock the screen after abvout 3-4 keystrokes in the email or passowrd box. everything elst seems to work fine.

Do not have physical access to the computer for a couple of days.

I'm running TV on 7 different computers using both windows and linux. On only on of the machines I have the following problem: If I try to enter email or passoword to get into gmail, amazon or any other acounts, I get booted back to the locked screen. any ideas?
