Not able to connect to remote

i recently downloaded team viewer version 10.

but not able to connect to partner.

getting below error massage :

" No Connection to partern !

Partner did not connect to router.

Error code : wiatforconnectfailed.

Similar problem. Can not connect. There is a red dot with the message " Not ready. Check your connection." But i am connected to the internet (i am writing this!!) And i can't connect to my account.
