After searching and finding plenty of information on my situation, I've sent a PM to a moderator in an attempt to have my account deleted so that I can recreate it again. It's been several days however, and it seems this PM has thusfar gone ignored.
So, after searching the community, sending a PM to a moderator as directed, posting to an existing thread and starting a new thread, I have received absolutely no response whatsoever.
I suppose that I'm to take this as simply a matter of how TeamViewer runs their organization. I'll take my needs elsewhere, and recommend against TeamViewer whenever given the opportunity.
