Trying to open my TVS file but it will not open or play

I have recorded a teamviewer video and saved the file. It is a .tvs formatted file. However, each time I attempt to play the video by double clicking on the file, it takes me to teamviewer where I go to 'Extras' and select 'Play or convert a recorded session'. I consistently get an error message in TeamViewer saying the file cannot be open. I am using TeamViewer version 13.

What shall I do? Your help is greatly appreciated

I get an error as well when trying to open a .tvs file in TeamViewer.

me too!! i updated the version of teamviewer that I had to see if that was the issue, but nope! would appreciate if anyone has any ideas!!
