TV 13 manipulates my microphone and changes the microphone level without permission?!?!

Teamviewer changes my microphone level even if the microphone i am using is NOT SELECTED in Teamviewer, the problem is if my mic is only and 99% level no one can hear me!?

How do i block this?! There is NO way to change it, even if i select another device as a mic it changes my Teampspeak used microphone **bleep**?!

I purchased the upgrade to Teamviewer 13 but have held off switching and am still using version 12 since from all these posts I see 13 is still a mess! I'm surprised and annoyed that Teamviewer took my money but seems to have put out what still amounts to an unfinished beta product.
