Two factor authenticator lost

Hi, i lost my phone therefore the 2-factor authenticator code generator, i also do not have access to a back up code. I was intstructed by phone support to create a post here to have my issue resolved.

Please let me know if any other information is required.

Hey I received a private message from the moderator and she has proposed to delete my account and I can register with the same email address again.

Hope you have better luck than I. I've posted to existing threads, made a new post, and sent PM to moderator as instructed. So far, there has been zero response. I went with alternative remote solution, and am quite satisfied.
