Activate Remote Control Feature error on Android.

I have Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition device and Samsung S7 Edge where I can't activate "Remote Control Feature" (see screenshots). Anyone have a solution for this?

I have the same device and same problem running TeamViewer Host App, stuck "Activating Remote Control Feature..."

And going in settings shows that remote controll is enabled. also, it sais i need to activate samsung knox so what does that mean?
